End of Fiscal Year and Fiscal Quarters. Unless otherwise agreed by the Administrative Agent, the Loan Parties shall cause each of their fiscal years and the fiscal years of each of their Subsidiaries to end on December 31st of the applicable year and shall cause each of their fiscal quarters and the fiscal quarters of their Subsidiaries to end on March 31st, June 30th, September 30th and December 31st of the applicable year.

  • End of Fiscal Years; Fiscal Quarters The Borrower will cause (i) each of its fiscal years to end on December 31 of each year and (ii) its fiscal quarters to end on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31, respectively, of each year.
