Common use of Encumber Clause in Contracts

Encumber. Without prejudice to the other rights of the Purchaser as mentioned herein, the Vendor shall be at liberty to encumber the Premises for obtaining finances for the Development but shall remove such encumbrance, so far as the Composite Unit is concerned, at or before the completion of its sale.
