Encore Request Right. After the [***], if the JCF Investor has not made an Initial Offer then the Encore Investor may deliver a written notice to the JCF Investor requesting that such an Initial Offer be made. The JCF Investor shall then have [***] from the receipt of such request notice to make an Initial Offer in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 3.02(a).
