Encoding. In order to take advantage of a Stat Mux pool, the parties shall implement a single common encoding pool. Each party shall have the right to monitor and audit the Shared Channel’s encoding system to ensure compliance with Section 2.1. Each party shall make all records of such encoding available to the other upon written request during normal business hours.
