Common use of Enactments Clause in Contracts

Enactments. Where in this Agreement there is a reference to an enactment of the Province of British Columbia or of Canada, that reference will include a reference to any subsequent enactment of like effect, and unless the context otherwise requires, all statutes referred to herein are enactments of the Province of British Columbia.
