EMRs. The Players’ Athletic Trainers shall be responsible for entering all diagnosis and treatment notations into the electronic medical record (“EMR”) system, including the notations of any examinations performed on a player during a game and any con- sultation with, or treatment provided by, Second Opinion Doctors as described in Section 5 below.
