Schedule 5.13(b) is a true and complete list containing the names and positions of all Employees, together with (i) each Employee’s current annual salary or wage, (ii) the amount and date of any scheduled salary increase for each Employee, (iii) commissions due and draws outstanding for each Employee and (iv) other advances or receivables owing to the Company from each Employee.
