Employer Contributions to Group Life Insurance Program. The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of the premium for a mutually agreed upon Group Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Plan for all employees in the bargaining unit providing a schedule of benefits of two (2) times an employee's annual salary. This insurance program applies solely to full-time employees.
Employer Contributions to Group Life Insurance Program. The Employer shall pay the full cost of the premium for Group Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Plan for all full-time and part-time Employees, providing a schedule of benefits equivalent to one and one-half (1.5) times an Employee's annual salary. If an Employee is on an approved leave of absence at the time of death, the benefit shall be calculated in accordance with the annual rate of earnings prior to the commencement of the leave.
Employer Contributions to Group Life Insurance Program. Existing conditions affecting group life insurance will remain in force during the life of this Collective Agreement (Schedule “B”).
