Common use of Employees Clause in Contracts

Employees. 20.1 The Supplier agrees that it will not, without the prior written consent of the British Council, whether directly or indirectly, and whether alone or in conjunction with, or on behalf of, any other person during the Term or for a period of six (6) months following termination, solicit or entice, or endeavour to solicit or entice away from the British Council any person employed by the British Council and involved directly in the receipt or use of the Services.

Employees. 20.1 The Supplier Recipient agrees that it will not, without the prior written consent of the British Council, whether directly or indirectly, and whether alone or in conjunction with, or on behalf of, any other person during the Term or for a period of six 6 (6six) months following termination, solicit or entice, or endeavour to solicit or entice away from the British Council any person employed by the British Council and involved directly in the receipt or use award of the ServicesGrant.
