Employees of Asset Manager. All persons engaged in the performance of the services to be performed by the Asset Manager hereunder shall be employees of LXP; provided, however, that, employees and officers of LXP may also be employees and officers of the Company. All of the Asset Manager's employees shall be covered by workers' compensation insurance in the manner required by law.
