Employees Assistance Program (EAP. A. The Employer shall continue to maintain the MCFRS Employee Assistance Program for bargaining unit employees that was established through prior negotiations and shall assume the full cost of the program. Bargaining unit employees shall continue to be eligible to participate in the County’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP). All communications between employees and therapists of either the MCFRS EAP or the County’s EAP are confidential.
