Common use of Employees and Contractors of Provider Clause in Contracts

Employees and Contractors of Provider. Facility Participating Provider will be responsible for and shall ensure that all of its employees and contractors are bound by, and meet the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Supplemental Provider Service Guide and Protocols, at the time of providing Services to Individuals. Upon the failure of any such employee or contractor to meet such terms and conditions, including without limitation, credentialing requirements, North Sound BH-ASO may restrict them from providing services.
