Employees, Agents, and Contractors. Each party shall ensure that its employees, agents, and subcontractors are subject to similar confidentiality obligations to those set forth in this Section. Each party shall ensure that its respective Affiliates and their respective employees, agents, and subcontractors comply with each party’s respective obligations under this Section 12.
