Employee Status Verification System. If this Contract was the result of a Request for Proposals or sole source by County, Contractor represents it has registered and is participating in the Status Verification System and is in compliance with Utah Code § 63G-12-302. Contractor’s failure to so comply may result in the immediate termination of this Contract.
