Common use of Employee Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Employee Qualifications. Only skilled and reliable workers shall be employed for the Work. Should any person employed on the Work by the Contractor appear to the Division Manager to be incompetent, unable to perform the Work, or disorderly, such person shall be removed from the Work immediately upon proper notice to the Contractor from the City and such person shall not again be used for this Contract.
