Common use of EMPLOYEE LOYALTY Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEE LOYALTY. Employee acknowledges and agrees that Employee owes a duty of loyalty, fidelity and allegiance to act at all times during employment pursuant to this Agreement in the interests of the Employer and Employee shall not act in any manner which would injure Employer's business, its interests, or its reputation. Employee shall devote his full business time, attention and energy to the business of Employer and faithfully and diligently perform the duties required or incident to his employment hereunder and promote the interests of Employer to be best of the ability, effort and experience of the Employee. Employee shall not engage in any other business, investment or activity that interferes with the performance of the duties of Employee hereunder. Employee shall not, during the Term of this Agreement or any extension or renewal thereof, engage, directly or indirectly, in any activity which constitutes a Conflict of Interest (as hereinafter defined).
