The Employee/Dependent transfers clause governs the conditions under which an employee or their dependents may be transferred, either within an organization or to another location. Employee/Dependent transfers. In the event of a change in Participating Providers or QHPs related to network disruption, block transfers or other similar circumstances, Contractor shall, and shall require Participating Providers to, cooperate with Covered California in planning for the orderly transfer of Employees/Dependents as necessary and as required under applicable laws, rules, and regulations including, those relating to continuity of care.
