Employee Conversion Clause Samples

The Employee Conversion clause outlines the terms under which a temporary, contract, or agency worker may be transitioned to permanent employment with the client company. Typically, this clause specifies any required notice periods, conversion fees, or waiting periods before the conversion can occur, and may detail exceptions or conditions under which fees are waived. Its core function is to clarify the process and financial implications of hiring contingent workers as permanent staff, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring transparency between staffing agencies and client companies.
