Common use of Employee and Employment Clause in Contracts

Employee and Employment. The term “employee” shall mean, without any inference as to negate Executive’s status as a member of the Company for all purposes hereunder (subject to the terms hereof) and for federal and other tax purposes, any employee (as defined in accordance with the regulations and revenue rulings then applicable under Section 3401(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended) of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, and the term “employment” shall include service as a part- or full-time employee or board member to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
