Common use of EMP Clause in Contracts

EMP. 15.1.1 The Developer and Ezemvelo have established an Environmental Management Plan (“EMP”) in accordance with applicable legislation and the Estate Conditions of Establishment. This EMP is a living document, and will be revised where necessary from time to time by the Environmental Co-Management Body described below. 15.1.2 The EMP regulates the manner in which the Estate and surrounding environment are to be protected and preserved by all Members and Estate stakeholders, and its provisions are to be totally adhered to by all Members. 15.1.3 The EMP covers many aspects of environmental management and protection on the Estate through the periods of construction of infrastructure, construction of dwellings and buildings, and operation of the Estate.
