Common use of EMISSIONS Tenant shall not Clause in Contracts

EMISSIONS Tenant shall not. a. Discharge, emit or permit to be discharged or emitted, any liquid, solid or gaseous matter, or any combination thereof, into the atmosphere, the ground or any body of water, which matter, as reasonably determined by Lessor or any governmental entity does, or may, pollute or contaminate the same, or is, or may become, radioactive or does, or may, adversely affect the (1) health or safety of persons, wherever located, whether on the Premises or anywhere else, (2) condition, use or enjoyment of the Premises or any other real or personal property, whether on the Premises or anywhere else, or (3) Premises or any of the improvements thereto, or thereon including buildings, foundations, pipes, utility lines, landscaping or parking areas;
