Eminent Domain, Expropriation and Other Governmental Takings. Issuer shall be entitled to obtain a release of, and Trustee shall release, items of Collateral taken by eminent domain or expropriation or sold pursuant to the exercise by the United States of America or any State, municipality, province or other governmental authority thereof of any right which it may then have to purchase, or to designate a purchaser or to order a sale of, all or any part of the Collateral, upon compliance with the conditions precedent that Issuer shall have delivered to Trustee the following:
