Emergency Supplies. Job Order Contractor shall provide and maintain on the jobsite, at all times, a completely stocked first aid kit which contains all standard emergency medical supplies.

Emergency Supplies. DCP shall provide each classroom and major work area with first aid kits containing basic first aid supplies. DCP shall also provide at each school site equipment and supplies outlined in each school’s site safety plan.

Emergency Supplies. In emergency circumstances where material needed for provision of the Services is not available from Authority’s supplies but is available in Contractor’s inventory maintained locally or is quickly available from any other source, Contractor may use such material or supplies to provide the Services when Authority Contract Manager directs Contractor to use such material or supplies. Authority shall reimburse Contractor for the Direct Costs incurred to replace any such parts or supplies.

Emergency Supplies. In the event of emergency needs, the parties, upon receipt of notice, shall use reasonable commercial efforts to provide each other with the following on an emergency, as needed, as available basis, at a price equal to the cost to the supplying party plus 10%, or the applicable tariff, if any: (1) Steam, in volumes and at pressures appropriate for the receiving facility; (2) Fuel gas, to start up boilers, etc. (fuel gas shall be provided prior to any deliveries of products to Citizens' interruptible customers); (3) Demineralized water; and (4) Hydrogen with the specifications set forth on Exhibit A.

Emergency Supplies. The District shall provide each classroom and major work areas with first aid kits and disaster preparedness kits. The District Safety department shall determine the contents of these kits. These kits shall be updated annually.
