Common use of Emergency Shift Changes Clause in Contracts

Emergency Shift Changes. It is understood that, in the event of a major emergency, such as an energy crisis, all contractual reference to working days, hours, etc. shall have to be adjusted to effectively cope with the emergency. Such adjustments are deemed to be a proper matter for the Conference Committee.
