EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROGRAM. Consistent with the provisions and obligations of Section 2.1, Title 2 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Sierra Pacific Power Company and Local Union No. 1245 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, the parties hereby agree to the following: The Company and Union recognize there may arise situations in various departments of the Company where availability of some key classifications becomes imperative in the rendering of service to the customer and for the safe, effective operation of facilities. To assure availability of these key people, the Company and Union mutually agree to the following conditions that will apply to both parties for Positive Emergency Response.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROGRAM. On Clients’ behalf, MSG will cause the Aircraft to be enrolled in an emergency response program (the “ERP”), and will conduct, contract for and/or supervise Aircraft maintenance services to cause the Aircraft to be maintained in accordance with the requirements of the ERP. MSG shall bear the cost of administering the ERP, and all other costs related to the ERP shall be borne by Clients.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROGRAM. All parties agree to discuss implementation of an Emergency Response Program.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROGRAM. Contractor shall understand and participate in the District Emergency Plan. In addition, Contractor shall develop and implement an emergency plan responsive to the District Emergency Plan. District may review and require changes or additions to plan.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROGRAM. In partnership with all law enforcement agencies in San Mateo County, ▇▇▇▇ will contact victims who have received a response by law enforcement for a domestic dispute utilizing the County of San Mateo Domestic Violence Protocol for Law Enforcement. ▇▇▇▇ will provide a telephonic response to each victim referred. A telephonic response will at minimum consist of four attempts to contact the victim at the phone number provided by law enforcement if a staff member is not available at the time of the referral page by the law enforcement officer. In partnership with all law enforcement agencies in San Mateo County, ▇▇▇▇ will contact victims (referred by law enforcement) who have received a response by law enforcement for a domestic dispute utilizing the Family Advocate Protocol developed by ▇▇▇▇ in collaboration with the Violence in Families Initiative Program (VIP).
