Emergency Replacement. Supplier shall ship Product within twenty-four (24) hours of any Cisco request for emergency replacement. If no replacement is available, Supplier will provide replacement Product as soon as reasonably practicable and will notify Cisco of the estimated delivery date. Emergency replacements may not be available for EOL’d Products.
