Emergency Corrective Work Sample Clauses

Emergency Corrective Work. If VPRA determines that emergency repairs are necessary for public safety, VPRA may perform Warranty Work. Before performing the emergency repairs, VPRA will (1) document the basis for the emergency action; and (2) preserve evidence of the defective condition. VPRA will coordinate emergency repairs with Contractor when possible. Contractor is responsible for all costs associated with the emergency repairs that are covered by the Warranty.
