Common use of EMBODIMENT Clause in Contracts

EMBODIMENT. The Agreement expressed herein in writing constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and no oral statement shall add to or supersede any of its provisions. Each party agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered in this Agreement or with respect to any subject or matter not referred to, covered, or not settled during the course of negotiations for this Agreement.
