Embedded Third Party Technology. Foundry acknowledges and agrees that Company may incorporate or otherwise include third Party software or hardware as part of the Company Technology and/or in Improvements thereto (“Embedded Third Party Technology”). Such Embedded Third Party Technology may only be used as part of the Company Technology, and subject to any terms applicable thereto.
