Embedded Software; Applications. (a) Our Equipment may contain embedded software. For embedded software, you agree that: (i) we and our licensors own the copyrights and other intellectual property to it; (ii) you are licensed only to use it with our Equipment in which it resides; (iii) you won’t copy, modify, de-compile, or attempt to unbundle, reverse engineer or create derivative works of it; and (iv) you won’t distribute or disclose it (or any portion) to anyone. Technical support for embedded software will be given according to the SLA covering the Equipment with the embedded software.
(b) Certain products and services may provide you an opportunity to access applications provided by us or a third party. These applications may have their own terms and conditions applicable to your use of the applications located within them.
