Common use of Embedded Products Clause in Contracts

Embedded Products. Debtor and Secured Party hereby acknowledge and agree that nothing contained herein shall prohibit or otherwise restrict Debtor from licensing the Embedded Products to third parties and no such licensing shall be deemed to be an Event of Default hereunder.
