Embedded Memory Blocks. For each and every Authorized Product where such Authorized Product consists of Embedded Memory Blocks and is manufactured by an Authorized Manufacturer or is manufactured by an Integrated Device Manufacturer for Adesto, [*] of: (a) all amounts owed or paid by Adesto directly or indirectly to such Authorized Manufacturer for the cost of Production Wafers containing such Authorized Products. and (b) [*] of all amounts paid by Adesto direct or indirectly to such Integrated Device Manufacturer for production wafers containing such Authorized Products.
