Embalming Clause Samples
The Embalming clause defines the conditions under which a deceased person's body may be embalmed by a funeral service provider. Typically, this clause outlines whether embalming is required, optional, or subject to the wishes of the deceased's family, and may specify any legal or health-related circumstances that necessitate embalming, such as interstate transportation or public viewing. Its core function is to clarify the rights and obligations regarding embalming, ensuring that all parties understand when and why the procedure may be performed, thereby preventing misunderstandings or disputes during funeral arrangements.
