Common use of Eligible Transactions Clause in Contracts

Eligible Transactions. Chargeback Protection Tool only applies to Eligible Chargebacks on card transactions processed by PayPal that meet the criteria set forth below (“Eligible Transactions”): i. Card transactions processed via the Advanced Credit and Debit Card Payments checkout integration; and ii. Card transactions for goods and services that are not (1) excluded under the terms of the PayPal User Agreement - PayPal UK, including but not limited to the Acceptable Use Policy (▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇), or (2) “Ineligible Transactions” (as defined below).

When Chargeback Protection Tool fails to stop chargebacks, then protection will only applies apply to Eligible Chargebacks on card transactions processed by PayPal that meet the criteria set forth below (“Eligible Transactions”): i. Card transactions processed via the Advanced Credit and Debit Card Payments checkout integration; and ii. Card transactions for goods and services that are not (1) excluded under the terms of the PayPal User Agreement - PayPal UKAgreement, including but not limited to the Acceptable Use Policy (▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇)Policy, or (2) “Ineligible Transactions” (as defined below).
