Eligible Transactions. Chargeback Protection Tool only applies to Eligible Chargebacks on card transactions processed by PayPal that meet the criteria set forth below (“Eligible Transactions”): i. Card transactions processed via the Advanced Credit and Debit Card Payments checkout integration; and ii. Card transactions for goods and services that are not (1) excluded under the terms of the PayPal User Agreement - PayPal UK, including but not limited to the Acceptable Use Policy (▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇), or (2) “Ineligible Transactions” (as defined below).
