Eligible Termination. If, at any time during the period beginning six (6) months before and ending twenty-four (24) months after the effective date of Reorganization, (i) Executive terminates employment with the Bank for Good Reason; or (ii) the Bank terminates Executive’s employment without Cause, then, the Executive shall be entitled to the benefits provided in Section 4(a).
