Eligible Subscribers Clause Samples

Eligible Subscribers. The program is open to Cooperative members, not currently in collections, who take delivery of energy in a qualifying residential rate class.

Eligible Subscribers. The program is open to Cooperative members in good standing under all rate classifications (some restrictions may apply).

Eligible Subscribers. The program is open to Cooperative members in good standing under Rate Schedules 001, 010, 020, 040 or such other schedules as the Cooperative Board of Directors approves (some restrictions may apply).

Eligible Subscribers. The program is open to Cooperative members in good standing under the single-phase rate classification. Amount Purchased. Partial capacity from the Solar Facility is available for purchase in units representing 350 ▇▇▇▇▇ of capacity (each a “Subscription Unit”). Subscriber agrees to purchase a minimum of one-half of a Subscription Unit, up to a maximum that results in Subscriber having no more than 20 kW of distributed generation capacity from all sources. The Cooperative agrees to provide Subscriber with monthly Solar Credits as set forth in Article IV, based on the number of Subscription Units purchased multiplied by 350 ▇▇▇▇▇ (“Subscriber Allocated Capacity”).

Eligible Subscribers. Only consumer demand deposit account holders shall be eligible to receive Services (“Consumer Account Holder”). Customer bears sole responsibility for determining a Subscriber’s eligibility as a Consumer Account Holder.

Eligible Subscribers. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

Eligible Subscribers. The program is open to subscribers who have a Service Address in the same local utility service area as the Solar Facility and who meet our credit requirements. You confirm that as of the date of this Agreement you are not currently in arrears in payment of your Utility bills.

Eligible Subscribers. Customer shall only send Customer Content to Subscribers who have affirmatively expressed a desire to receive Customer Content ("Opt-in Consent"). Customer may not send any unsolicited Customer Content. Customer may secure Opt-in Consent via Web registration or via SMS request.
