Eligible Persons. (a) With respect to ISOs, an Eligible Person means any individual who has been employed by the Corporation or by any subsidiary of the Corporation, for a continuous period of at least six month. (b) With respect to NSOs, an Eligible Person means (i) any individual who has been employed by the Corporation or by any subsidiary of the Corporation, for a continuous period of at least six months, (ii) any director of the Corporation or any subsidiary of the Corporation, or (iii) any consultant of the Corporation or any subsidiary of the Corporation.
