Eligible Individual. ADDITIONS (2.21). In addition to Employees of Plan Sponsor, the following classes of individuals are eligible to participate in the Plan, provided that they otherwise satisfy the Plan’s eligibility conditions, as set forth in Article III of the Core Document and the corresponding portions of this Adoption Agreement.
