Common use of Eligible Enrollees Clause in Contracts

Eligible Enrollees. The mobile banking services (the "Services") are only available to you as an enrolled and approved digital banking customer of American Bank (the "Bank"). By accepting and using the Services, you agree to comply with these Mobile Banking User Terms and all other user and account agreements between you and American Bank applicable to your use of the Services.

By accepting and using the Services, you agree to comply with these Mobile Banking User Terms and all other user and account agreements between you and American Resource Bank applicable to your use of the Services.
