Common use of Eligible Consumers Clause in Contracts

Eligible Consumers. (i) Residential, commercial, industrial, municipal, and/or other consumers of electricity who receive Basic Service from the LDC as of the Effective Date, at one or more locations within the geographic boundaries of the Town (“Basic Service Customers”); or
