Eligibility Statement. A teacher who did not receive a highly effective or effective evaluation rating in the prior school year is not eligible for a salary increase in the current year and remains at their prior year salary. A teacher who is currently at the highest salary permitted under the salary cap set forth in paragraph E below is not eligible for a salary increase.
