Common use of Eligibility of Series Trustee Clause in Contracts

Eligibility of Series Trustee. The Series Trustee hereby represents that it is qualified and eligible under Section 7.9 of the Base Indenture and the provisions of the Trust Indenture Act to accept its appointment as Trustee with respect to the Junior Subordinated Notes under the Base Indenture and hereby accepts the appointment as such Trustee.

Eligibility of Series Trustee. The Series Trustee hereby represents that it is qualified and eligible under Section 7.9 of the Base Indenture and the provisions of the Trust Indenture Act and Section 610 of the Existing Indenture to accept its appointment as Series Trustee with respect to the Junior Subordinated Notes under the Base Indenture and hereby accepts the appointment as such TrusteeNotes.

Eligibility of Series Trustee. The Series Trustee hereby represents that it is qualified and eligible under Section 7.9 of the Base Indenture and the provisions of the Trust Indenture Act and Section 6.9 of the Original Indenture to accept its appointment as Trustee series trustee with respect to the Junior Subordinated Notes under the Base Indenture and hereby accepts the appointment as such TrusteeNotes.

The Series Trustee hereby represents that it is qualified and eligible under Section 7.9 of the Base Indenture and the provisions of the Trust Indenture Act to accept its appointment as Trustee with respect to the Junior Subordinated Series B Notes under the Base Indenture and hereby accepts the appointment as such Trustee.

The Series Trustee hereby represents that it is qualified and eligible under Section 7.9 of the Base Indenture and the provisions of the Trust Indenture Act to accept its appointment as Trustee with respect to the Junior Subordinated Series A-2 Notes under the Base Indenture and hereby accepts the appointment as such Trustee.

Eligibility of Series Trustee. The Series Trustee hereby represents that it is qualified and eligible under Section 7.9 the provisions of the Base Trust Indenture Act and Section 607 of the Original Indenture and the provisions of the Trust Indenture Act to accept its appointment as Trustee with respect to the Junior Subordinated Notes series of Securities with respect to which it may be designated as Trustee under the Base Indenture and hereby accepts the appointment as such Trustee.

Eligibility of Series Trustee. The Series Trustee hereby represents that it is qualified and eligible under Section 7.9 of the Base Indenture and the provisions of the Trust Indenture Act and the Base Indenture, including Section 7.10 thereof, to accept its appointment as Trustee with respect to the Junior Subordinated Notes each series of Securities for which it may be designated as Trustee under the Base Indenture and hereby accepts the appointment as such Trustee.

Eligibility of Series Trustee. The Series Trustee hereby represents that it is qualified and eligible under Section 7.9 of the Base Indenture and the provisions of the Trust Indenture Act and Section 609 of the Base Indenture to accept its appointment as Trustee successor trustee under the Indenture solely with respect to the Junior Subordinated Notes under the Base Indenture and hereby accepts the appointment as such TrusteeSeries G Securities (but not with respect to any Securities of any other series).

The Series Trustee hereby represents that it is qualified and eligible under Section 7.9 of the Base Indenture and the provisions of the Trust Indenture Act to accept its appointment as Trustee with respect to the Junior Subordinated Series A-1 Notes under the Base Indenture and hereby accepts the appointment as such Trustee.
