Common use of Elevations Clause in Contracts

Elevations. In order to enhance the quality of the Development, it is desirable for the Development to have a diverse character. The ARB, in its sole and absolute discretion, shall have the right to reject any plans for the construction of any Improvements submitted to it by or on behalf on any Owner, which the ARB, in its sole and absolute judgment, determines to be substantially similar to any Improvement then already existing in the Development, or already approved by the ARB but not yet constructed by another Owner.
