Common use of Electronically Manage Clause in Contracts

Electronically Manage. The phrases “electronically manage,” “electronically- managed,” “electronic management” and the words “electronically” and “electronic” mean the use of our computer system and technology to create, start, enter, obtain consent to, copy, image, retain, provide, operate, conduct, execute, facilitate, secure, administer, maintain, support, service, assist with, change, add, update, collect on, terminate and protect any aspect of the Credit Union’s business. This definition includes the electronic management of all your information, documents, actions and transactions on our products and services. For further information, please see Provision 2.e.
