Electronic Submission Process. Notification of scientific datasets must be submitted electronically via the DOE Energy Link System (E-Link) and must be accompanied by a completed DOE Announcement Notice (AN) 241.6 (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/elink/▇▇▇-▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇). Within the AN 241.6, provide relevant information about the dataset as well as the URL where the dataset can be accessed.
