Electronic Registrations Sample Clauses

Electronic Registrations. The Owner consents to the registration of this Agreement by the Municipality upon title to the Land at the expense of the Owner and agrees to execute such further and other documents, consents or applications as may be required for the purpose of securing registration and giving effect to the provisions of this Agreement. The parties hereto authorize and direct the Municipality’s lawyer to electronically register this Agreement on their behalf on title to the subject Land and to complete and sign Notice Under Section 71 of the Land Titles Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.L.5, on their behalf to effect registration.
