Electronic Processes. CFO agrees to provide MOHELA prompt notice of intent to make Student Loans to eligible schools. MOHELA shall be given sufficient time to ensure electronic processes are in place to meet the needs of the school prior to accepting applications from said school on behalf of CFO.
