Electronic Message. You agree that we may communicate with you through SMS, email, social media, instant messaging applications, or any other means of communication for prompts, reminders and notices concerning your Card account (“Electronic Message”). Electronic Messages are sent to you for convenience, information, notification or demand purposes. We do not guarantee the timely delivery or accuracy of an Electronic Message; it may not be current at the time of delivery due to delivery lag time. You agree that each Electronic Message may be sent to you without being encrypted and may include your personal and Card account information. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your mobile phone, email account, and computer/electronic devices, and to inform us of any changes to your mobile phone number and email address in a timely manner.

Electronic Message. A record generated or communicated by electronic, optical, or other analogous means for the purpose of transmitting information from one electronic information system to another.
Electronic Message. Through the Services, you may communicate with us electronically. We need a reasonable time to receive and act on your communication. If your communication is urgent, such as to report a lost or stolen Access Device, the best way to reach us is by telephone. We offer telephone services during and after business hours. Additionally, you agree an Electronic Message is not considered “written notice” for purposes of the Services.
Electronic Message. Sending messages through Standard Bank Online is a way to communicate with the Bank. However, there may be times when you need to speak with someone immediately (especially to report a lost or stolen password). In these cases do not use an electronic message. Instead, call us immediately at 000-000-0000 during working hours. Also it is important to remember that you cannot use an electronic message through Standard Bank Online to conduct transactions. To conduct transactions, please follow the appropriate instructions provided by the Bank. Standard Bank may also send you messages and or advertisement electronically.
Electronic Message. Because normal Internet e-mail and mobile SMS transmissions may not be secure, you agree to accept this risk to receive information and to contact us as follows:

  • TEXT MESSAGING WHILE DRIVING In accordance with Executive Order (EO) 13513, “Federal Leadership on Reducing Text Messaging While Driving,” any and all text messaging by Federal employees is banned: a) while driving a Government owned vehicle (GOV) or driving a privately owned vehicle (POV) while on official Government business; or b) using any electronic equipment supplied by the Government when driving any vehicle at any time. All cooperators, their employees, volunteers, and contractors are encouraged to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging when driving company owned, leased or rented vehicles, POVs or GOVs when driving while on official Government business or when performing any work for or on behalf of the Government.

  • Electronic Monitoring All observations shall be conducted openly. Mechanical or electronic devices shall not be used to listen to or record the procedures of any class without the prior knowledge and consent of the teacher.

  • Telephonic Meetings Directors may participate in and hold a meeting of the Directors by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all Directors participating in the meeting can hear each other. Participation in a meeting pursuant to this Section shall constitute presence in person at such meeting, except where a Director participates in the meeting for the express purpose of objecting to the transaction of any business on the ground that the meeting is not lawfully called or convened.

  • Delivery by Facsimile or Electronic Transmission This Agreement and any signed agreement or instrument entered into in connection with this Agreement, and any amendments or waivers hereto or thereto, to the extent signed and delivered by means of a facsimile machine or by e-mail delivery of a “.pdf” format data file, shall be treated in all manner and respects as an original agreement or instrument and shall be considered to have the same binding legal effect as if it were the original signed version thereof delivered in person. No party hereto or to any such agreement or instrument shall raise the use of a facsimile machine or e-mail delivery of a “.pdf” format data file to deliver a signature to this Agreement or any amendment hereto or the fact that any signature or agreement or instrument was transmitted or communicated through the use of a facsimile machine or e-mail delivery of a “.pdf” format data file as a defense to the formation of a contract and each party hereto forever waives any such defense.

  • Electronic Notices If you have agreed to receive notices electronically, we may send you notices electronically and discontinue mailing paper notices to you until you notify us that you wish to reinstate receiving paper notices.
