Common use of Electronic Documents Clause in Contracts

Electronic Documents. To the extent possible, and under the terms required by Client, Client and Xxxxxx Solutions may communicate by electronic means, including but not limited to facsimile documents. Both parties agree that: a signature or an identification code ("USERID") contained in an electronic document is legally sufficient to verify the sender's identity and the document's authenticity; an electronic document that contains a signature or USERID is a signed writing; and that an electronic document, or any computer printout of it, is an original when maintained in the normal course of business.
