ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT TRANSMISSION. (EDT) 8.1- Electronic document transmission shall be deemed to be valid and enforceable in respect of the provisions of this contract. Either party shall be in a position request a hard copy of any previous electronic transmitted document. Both parties agree that the signed and sealed EDT copies of the contract are fully binding and enforceable until the hard copy of contract will be exchanged courier.
